Washer/dryer hookups and a spacious laundry/pantry area are available. Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer/trash) as well as lawn and yard maintenance. Pets are welcome. We do NOT have breed, age, or weight restrictions. Cats or dogs only. 4 pets max. Pet deposit is $250. $50 pet rent each month. Due at signing: 1st month rent as well as a security deposit equal to first month rent and pet deposit. 12 month lease but other options may be discussed. Smoking is prohibited inside of the house. We do not accept anyone with previous evictions. No exceptions. We will verify identity, employment, and income.
