There is a large open room in the basement also that we have kept a double bed in for guests. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and upstairs also. The plunge pool is heated and the small backyard also has a hot tub. There is an acre or so of additional outdoor space that is not fenced. Renters will pay utilities. No Smoking.
