Fully furnished short term. Month to month. All utilities and lawn care included! The house is a charming space in a very established neighborhood in one of the most prime locations in Maryville. Very quiet/private area next to everything. Walking distance to Maryville college. Extremely close to hospital, jail, restaurants, downtown, airport (TYS) and everything else Maryville has to offer. Short/beautiful drive to the Smokey Mountain National Park through Townsend. If you are super picky or expecting the Ritz then this place is NOT for you. It's a home, not a hotel room. It's kept very clean and sanitized between each stay per Airbnb/Vrbo cleaning protocols. Game room with pool table, dart board, smart 4k TV. No pets, no smoking. Please read through the entire listing and preview all of the pictures before booking. Guests love the prime location You have all to yourself during your stay. You are renting the entire house! There are certain parts of the house that are locked and off-limits. For example the attic and outside storage Room attached to carport. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, game room,covered parking under carport, outdoor patio area. Three car MAX at all times. 6 guests MAX at all times. No parties or gatherings allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. If you are a smoker please do not book. Available for long term at 3200 per night or can be booked short term on Airbnb or Vrbo. Please keep in mind before booking that the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and minimal. This is NOT a party house. 6 guest max at all times. It's kept very clean but does have characteristics of an older home. Always kept very clean and tidy. NO CLEANING FEE means picking up after yourself and please be willing to put used towels in the laundry basket before you leave, remove all trash/put in outside bin, start dishwasher if needed and tidy up after yourself. Please do not book if you are not willing to tread lightly and tidy up after yourself. No cleaning fee helps me offer a much lower rate to my guests ..and it's easier for me to clean/sanitize for the next guest. It's a win/win for everyone if you simply keep the place clean during your stay. Everything you could possibly need to do so if provided and well stocked. The place is surrounded by heavily wooded areas. I use a pest control service but the occasional bug is bound to sneak in every once in a while. This is a smoke free property. NO SMOKING this is no smoking property. No heavy smells, perfumes, no burning insense/no candles. There will be a $200 fee assessed through Airbnb claims if there are any smoking odors left behind from smoking in or smoking on the property or leaving any sort of paraphernalia inside or outside of the property. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, don't book. No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed PERIOD. Monitored 24/7 by ring security system. (Outside of property/not inside) Seriously... if you are a smoker, super picky, messy or not willing to pick up after yourself please do not inquire because this place isn't for you.
