The dining area and the balcony are facing the bay, the living area which sits behind the dinning area also has a bay view. The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and there is refurbished 1/2 bathroom between both bedrooms as well. This is a minimum 30 day rental, with a 30 day contract that can be extended for any amount of days up to 90 days.
