The main bedroom is located on the opposite end of the house. Very open living/kitchen space. No section-8 vouchers will be accepted. The owner will run a criminal background check, credit check and job verification. No pets or smoking allowed. Mobile home park rules apply. An application must be approved before the home can be viewed. Renter is responsible for electricity with Duke Energy. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the unit. Owner will conduct walk through inspections.
