This cabin is on a very quiet street directly on a cove of Lake Hartwell. The lake is about 100 feet from the deck of the cabin, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the serenity of the woods. There are hiking trails within walking distance, a horse farm and of course a lake to cool you down on a hot summer afternoon! There is no dock with this property; however, it's a gentle slope into the lake on the cove. The "beach" is a 10 minute walk from the cabin where there is easy access to the water or swim right in the cove. From the cabin you continue to the right down to the end of Tranquility Lane and then take the footpath about 100 yards down to the lake. This is a very easy walk with no hills. Included in the rental is: - A washer and dryer - Fully furnished kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & dining area - We have also installed a whole house water filter - Central Air - Outdoor deck with Weber charcoal grill - Trash removal - All utilities (electricity negotiable) -Outdoor Fire Pit Outdoor Security camera on property. Owner pays for water & landscaping. Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. NO SMOKING allowed. Tenant responsible for background and credit check fee.
