Enjoy the humble graciousness of a stay on Montford Park Place in the beautiful historic Montford neighborhood. 7 Montford Park Place is the only Montford Park Place street address, and steps away from the Montford Park located across the street. At the park you can utilize or watch the activities at the tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, sit for a while on a park bench in the lovely park setting, or gaze at the park from the front porch of the house. Montford Park Place was built in 1904, if only the walls could talk! The home is comfy and charming. Park Place has a full kitchen to nourish yourselves whether you cook up a delicious meal or prepare a take out/delivery to enjoy at home. You can enjoy meals in the dining room off the kitchen. The king master bedroom is spacious with it's own smart TV and the boudoir is next door with closet, dressing vanity and desk facing the front porch. Enjoy some quiet time or exercise in the sunroom guestroom that has a twin bed. The living room is a comfy place to read, converse, and stream your favorite programs on the big smart TV. Park Place has front and back porches, and the backyard is fenced.
