Maximum four people living in house. No pets, no smoking. All utilities and resort dues covered except wifi. Flexible on lease duration (minimum 3 months, open to 6 months or year). This home is fully furnished, so the idea is you would use it as is (not adding furniture, artwork to walls, etc). You must agree to abide by Suncadia resort rules (including noise and light ordinances, parking restrictions, etc.). You would be responsible for any fines.
