Although the closets are somewhat small by today's standards, the basement and attic are available for additional storage. Landlords maintain the radiant heat and boiler by having certified professionals check the system each fall to ensure your winter is cozy (plus radiant heat is better for not drying out your skin and sinuses). Tenant pays utilities - electric averages $60/mo, water averages $50/mo and gas averages $70/mo (of course higher bills in the winter and very little in the summer unless you choose the budget option to make it equal year round). Refundable pet deposit of $200/pet.
