This is my personal home and it's being rented fully furnished while I travel. With it being my personal home, you enjoy all the luxuries of a fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, linen and high-thread-count bedding and modern conveniences like a gas fireplace and HVAC and a fast charging port for an electric vehicle. The house includes a smart TV, several comfortable lounging spots, a beautiful dining room. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Everyone loves this neighborhood. It's tucked away by a golf course and is safe, quiet and family friendly. It's 5 minutes from Whole Foods, 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and other hiking trails, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 mins from West Asheville. Rental dates are flexible so feel free to send me a message and we can work out what works for you, as long as it's at least one month. The price includes utilities. Pets can be approved on a case-by-case basis and with a deposit. Please send me a message if you have any questions! Owner will cover all utilities. Pets approved on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet fee is required. I will ask for additional money toward electric for charging a vehicle.
