The Nest is conveniently located approximately 10-12 mins from downtown Asheville and 1.5 mile from I40 for quick access anywhere in Asheville and WNC. The house is in a smaller development with homes of similar style. The Nest is available for rent during the summer months. Monthly or 6 - 12 month lease term. Pet may require an additional security deposit. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
