Cozy and charming authentic cabin is on a quaint and friendly street. The Rocky Broad is across the street. It is a successful vacation rental but our season has coming to a close. The unit is in excellent condition. You can walk to town for food, beer and wine. For you digital nomads we have blazing fast WIFI at 250mbs+! Rental terms are a minimum of 90 days. Currently rented, it will be available on 11/1/2023. We go back on the nightly rental market on 5/1/23. The cabin is fully furnished, just bring your clothes. We are 5 star hosts hosts on AirBnB. We do not accept pets. There is an $85 background check. Available upon acceptance of a credit and background report. There is a $85 application fee for each tenant. Lease includes electricity*, water, super fast WIFI, and DishTV. Fully furnished, all you need are your clothes. The kitchen is well stocked. Linens provided if needed. The electriciy allotment is $65 per month, the tenant is responsible for anything over $65. There is a propane heater and propane is not included. We only use it in the event of a power outage.
