Pets may be able to be negotiated. 25-30 minutes to CVMC, barre, Berlin and Montpelier, 10-15 minutes to Gifford and Randolph, Northfield and Williamstown. Neighbor right across the driveway shares plowing costs in the winter and generally mows the lawn. Possibility for shared garden space, mature plantings and young apple orchard behind the house. Small pond on property, neighbor maintains bird feeders in his yard, so outdoor cats and dogs with high prey drive would not be ideal.
