The home is a solid triple-sized modular home with vaulted ceilings. The rental comes with a 10 x 12 firewood storage lean full of wood, a fantastic trail up the mountain, and a backyard area for gardens or flowers. If you have kids--this is the place to live. Four-stall barn with a tack room and attached chicken coop. The pasture is a fenced .25 acre and an additional 3.75 fenced acres of pasture. The pasture grows great grass for all livestock! Selling eggs and pumpkins are fine! 3. No RV living on or annexed living on the property. 4. No long-term living for those not on the lease (unless approved and added to the lease) 5. No removal of dirt/horticulture/logging or non-permitted activity; unless approved (hay/grass cutting is allowed--you keep the bales) 6. BACKGROUND, CREDIT and recent CHECK STUBS will be conducted on each adult (including scanning all DOC, Probation, (municipal, County, Federal), SUD, DCYF, CPS, SO registry, petitioned Chapt. 7/13, 5150s, WASPC, CA-290, Crisis/988 & past eviction(s). 7.
