Rent includes basic yard maintenance. We will start showing the house Mid November. Please do not disturb the current tenants. Minimum 6 month lease. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electric, garbage, etc. Rent includes basic bi-weekly landscaping service. Pet fee includes $300 non refundable, $300 refundable, and $35/month per pet.
