Sweet little 2 bedroom/1 bath on 2.5 acres along the beautiful Hood River at a dead end dirt road. Can barely see homes of two nearby neighbors. House is 5 miles south of downtown HR. Prefer to keep it mostly furnished. Includes wi-fi, landscaping and water/sewer. Does not include electric (house heat and utilities are fully electric) or garbage. There's a washer/dryer, grill, dishwasher, and two car detached garage. There's also a cool tree fort with a slide and zipline. We have a firepit down by the river and 400' of beautiful waterfront. About half the property is open grass yard, and the other half is cool and woodsy. It's generally quite wind protected there. Lease can be just for the winter months or longer term. We would like at least a 4-6 mos commitment. If rental goes through the summer months, then we will adjust the rate (since normally we rent it at 4000/mo in june/july/august) Fully furnished.
