This house is reserved to low- to moderate income households per the income limits determined by the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development. Section 8 Vouchers are accepted but are not required. Income eligibility and clear background check required. This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom (shower/tub combo) single-family residential dwelling. There is a washer/dryer hook-up on the property in the attached storage unit under the carport (appliances not included). The rent is $901.00/month. The required Security Deposit is $1,189.00 and the Application Fee is $25.00. There is a strict no pet policy, no exceptions. The utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. The lawn maintenance including bushes/shrubs and keeping the roof clear of debris is the tenants responsibility. The appliances included are refrigerator and stove which are both brand new and never used. Showings are not offered until applicants have completed their application and demonstrated eligibility. This must include all required attachments and the Application Fee. A Security Deposit is not required or accepted unless you are offered tenancy.
