This is a mobile home located in Sand Hill Park. Sand Hill is a genuinely nice, quiet community tucked away from a main road. The Park is minutes from Canes Bay, Starbucks, Publix, Restaurants, Walmart, and Lowes. Small dogs and cats are welcome with a nonrefundable $300 deposit for each pet. Rent is $1500 per month + $1500 security deposit + septic $20 + water meter fee of $12.50. Tenants are responsible for electric and water. Applicants will need to fill out a rental application online that can be sent via email. Applicants must be able to pass a background check (no evictions or criminal background), provide proof of income (must make at least 3x the rental amount), and not owe any utility companies.
