Pets are allowed for an additional $150/month. Renter is responsible for all utilities. First and last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking non-marijuana products indoors. Owner will pay for landscaping in addition to home maintenance in case of failure of necessary home systems. All HOA rules apply to renter and renter will be responsible for any accumulated fees that result from their own actions.
