Tenant is responsible for all utilities and maintaining front and back yards. No smoking is allowed. 12-month lease minimum, 24-month lease preferred. To qualify for this home you must have verifiable gross income of 3 times the rent amount, no evictions/violent/drug felonies on your record for the last 5 years, and no amounts owed to landlords/apartments/utilities/child support. Each adult 18+ must fill out a separate application. Pets - One small dog may be allowed on a case by case basis. Minimum of 2 years old, well-behaved and trained. $250 non-refundable pet deposit.
