Documents needed to apply: Your monthly income must equal at least 3 times the monthly rent. You must provide proof of your current three months income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. (Pay stubs, Social Security, Disability, etc. Student loan money and Child Support will not be counted as income.) You must provide 12 current months of verifiable rental history. Names, addresses, phone #'s of landlords, etc. You must provide current NC ID and a certified criminal background reports for all persons age 18 and over that will reside at the property. You must provide a copy of your Civil Report - This can be obtained at your local courthouse.
