Adorable Farm Cottage on a quiet, country, road with farm and horse views! Cottage is located on its own 2 acres on the property, on a secluded area of the whole farm. Owner takes care of property maintenance and snow removal. Most utilities are included: Electric, Water, Sewage, Trash (which owner puts to road weekly). Electric Fireplace is used to heat the home almost the whole winter. On really cold days, may need to use central heat, which is fueled by Propane. Tenant is responsible for propane. Tile throughout the first floor. Open Living Room/Dining Area/Kitchen. 1 Bedroom and Full bath on First Floor. 2 Floor contains large, carpeted, 2nd Bedroom and attic storage. Outdoor space to do your own gardening and firepit. Pets on case-by-case approval basis. Pet approval: Case-By-Case.
