This home is available for a 6 month rental, starting December 15, furnished. The house is located on a quiet street, bordering on a 12 acre preserve. It is about 10 minutes walking distance to the river and Hook Mountain State Park and a 5 minutes drive to Nyack's downtown restaurants, shops, and transportation. This is a beautiful split level 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom furnished home with eclectic decor, hardwood floor throughout and newly installed windows. The first floor and main entrance of the house opens into a living and dining room open floor plan. It has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen, with a gas stove, dishwasher and pantry, featuring beautiful views of the backyard and Hook Mountain. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the top level is the master suite with a private full bathroom. The finished basement includes an office, laundry room, powder room and a room with a library/home movie entertainment center with a projection screen and surround sound.
