This beautiful manufactured home is a double! It has a big open kitchen and living room area. It even has its own laundry area with washer/dryer hookups. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator & dishwasher! You have your own personal driveway and a shed outside for storage! Renters are responsible for all utilities (water, sewer & trash) You put gas and electric into your name. We do have a non refundable pet deposit of $250 due at move in and 1 pet is $50/month and 2 pets are $60/month. We allow 2 pets per home and we do have dog breed restrictions. There is also no smoking in the home! We have community guidelines for the park if you do have any questions please just let me know.
