This is a short term, furnished, rental. The house will be available starting December 20th, 2023 until the beginning of August, 2024. Minimum five month contract. The house has had extensive renovations of the lower floor as well as a new bathroom installed on the upper floor, without changing the charm of the historical details. There is an office on the first floor, connected to a bathroom, that, if necessary, could be an extra bedroom. Tenants pay all utilities and are responsible for lawn maintenance/snow removal. You need to make at least 2.5x rent in order to qualify Credit score above 680 with no prior eviction, felonies and bankruptcies. No smoking. No pets. Sorry, we do not accept vouchers or CHMA.
