All apartments are nice clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with central heat, central AC, and unfinished basements containing washer/dryer hookups. Property has its own parking right outside the unit and a yard in the center of the community and all new carpet throughout the apartment. Tenants provide their own appliances or they can be included for a separate rent. Tenants pay utilities. 1-1.5 month security deposit required depending on results of background check. Pets will be considered with additional pet deposit. Renter's insurance is required. Residents can provide proof of insurance or purchase it through us for $13 / month.
