This apartment is located above a massage therapy office, so to keep down the noise, this property is limited to one person (or possibly 2 if renters are willing to keep noise level down during massage sessions (thus a willingness to receive text informing of session times for each day). This lease is a month to month. Two weeks notice of leaving is reqiired by both renter and tenant. All renters thus far have been pipeliners and engineers, each of which stayed for at least 5 months.
