1st BDRM has a queen bed. 2nd BDRM has 3 twin beds. (1 single bed & 2 are bunk beds). Living room is extremely spacious with one sofa and one futon that turns into a bed and a 50"tv. Round table with 4 chairs. Our Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking needs! Linen and towels provided. Home has an outside enclosed area where you can hang out, have a picnic or play games. Enclosed porch is equipped with clothes washer and drier. Private access to the beach just a walk away. Very nice and helpful neighbors. Parking in cement driveway and street. Public transportation nearby. Please note: Rental agreement is for 3-4 months only. Owner pays for water and gas. Renter is responsible for Paying electric and snow removal. No smoking allowed. No parties allowed (small gatherings are allowed but are subject to owner's approval) . No Pets are not allowed. Cleaning fee of $375 will be added to first month's rent. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. 1-3 months lease term. Updates or additions made to the house is not allowed unless discussed with and approved by owner
