Internet, water is included. Utilities will cost ~200/month (averaged over the year) paid directly to RGE or with rent. There is a third bedroom upstairs, which is a finished attic. Will require AC ( not provided) as the upstairs is not connected to central AC. it does have baseboard heating. Back yard has a fire pit and is fenced in. Location is ideal for employees at UR. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The third bedroom (upper floor attic space) is quite warm in the summer, so an AC will be required (not provided) to use it. Please message me first before paying the $35 to apply. This is a short term rental only (few months). More options can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Place is mostly furnished. Security deposit is mostly refundable based on state of apartment at end of lease.
