The primary bedroom at the back has an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The neighborhood has a mix of ages and family types. Many neighbors have young children and a number walk or bike with their kids over the Hancock bridge to Highland Park Elementary School, the park by the school, or Russels for a cookie or slice of cake. Other neighbors are working age without children or are retired. Residents can easily walk to a nearby nursery, French bistro, convenience store, and Fonda San Miguel.
