This home is a very comfortable, safe and private space for people of all ages. Easy access to town, school, shopping and all things we love about Saratoga! Owner is flexible on dates and will consider options on storage, furnishing needs, and wish the experience to be an easy and flowing short term rental. This is a wonderful family home, decorated and furnished with nice details and ammenities. I prefer to leave the house in great shape, and wish you do as well during your lease agreement. *I am willing to accept pets, but only after reviewing the situation with you. *This is a non smoking house - so please honor that with you and your guests. *I will have some personal items in the garage and in the basement, please respect that mutual trust on the home. *I will be paying the water, HOA fees, cable, wifi and such. If there are maintenance issues, I will take care of them as needed. *Snow removable for the driveway will be arranged by me. ** You will be responsible for the energy bill of gas & electric (approx$250/mo) Shoveling snow off the steps/sidewalk, around the mailbox and back deck would be your responsibility. We can hire someone for that if need be. Thank You! I am flexible as to the length of this lease, but would like to target end of May or early june to be able to convert this back to a summer rental.
