This service will help improve credit. This is a non-smoking home. Each applicant over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. As part of the application we will verify income, check credit, verify employment if needed, we will run a criminal check, and in needed verify rental history. Certain pets are allowed with approved pet application, pet fee $200/Each pet and monthly pet rent $25/mo. per pet.
