The house has been completely renovated. It has new carpet, new paint, all new appliances, new water lines, and a new air conditioner, It is in a very quiet neighborhood, that helps and looks after each other. This is in the Barbers Hill School District and the lease can be used to enroll your children in district. Ideally, I am looking for a small family or plant worker that needs a nice clean house that they will take care of and treat as if it is their own. This is not a party house. I take great pride in taking care of my renters and making sure they have everything they need and in return, I expect payments to be on time, to keep the house and yard clean, and basic respect of our agreement. The monthly rent is $1600 with a $1600 deposit that is refunded at the end of the contract expiration. If you would like me to maintain the yard, I can do that for an extra $50 each month, bringing the rent to $1650 a month. Please call or text to set up an appointment to see the house. It is ready to move in immediately. Renter is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house and no pets inside the house. The lease will be for a 1 year term. A rental lease agreement will be signed by both parties at the time of closing.
