Great home has 5 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a basement and garage - and you can get a great deal on Rent to Own if you're willing to do the clean up yourself. Home is $1,400 down then rent is $695/2 weeks + water. You pay the down when we sign paperwork. Then later to move in, you'll pay 2 of the bi-weekly rents (1st and last).
