Great home in Merion Village offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a basement - and you can get a great deal on Rent to Own if you're willing to do the misc cleaning stuff yourself. Home is $1,500 down then rent is $745 every 2 weeks. You pay the down when we sign paperwork.
