This home is a cozy 800sf, with 2 Beds, 1Bath, carport, fenced backyard in the quiet, safe village of Jerome. It has laminate HW floors, tile kitchen and bath. There is a small attached 'shed' for storage. The kitchen has an eat in area, has been updated and has Fridge, DW, gas Range, the laundry is just off the kitchen. The last single occupant reported her utilities at $45 water, elec.$55 elec., 68 gas on budget billing. We will accept pets on a limited and well described basis. There is an additional $975 deposit.
