The house is freshly remodeled including new paint, floors, kitchen, plumbing, and updated HVAC. The house comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and washer dryer hookups. The house is conveniently located near downtown Hamilton, and has a large back yard with a detached concrete patio. It also has a large front porch, and a large driveway suitable for multiple cars. We will hold open house viewing of the property Sunday October 15th from 3-4pm. Paper applications will be available at the showing and there is no cost to fill out an application. The lease duration is for 1 year. First months rent and security deposit due at the time the lease is signed. Appliances included are refridgerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbade disposal. Washer and dryer hookup avaialable but the appliances are not provided. Dogs and cats are allowed, but require extra charge per month and deposit. No utilities are included in the rent.
