Walk to West Dover's many great bars and restaurants while taking in the wonderful views from our place. The rent includes: Water, Gas, Internet, and plowing the driveway when applicable. Renter is responsible for electric, oil, trash removal and shoveling and salting should it be required. Trash removal is available at an additional fee ($5/bag). The duration of the lease is 11/15/23-4/15/23. No groups larger than 12. The property should be returned to the condition it was found at the end of lease term or renter forfeits deposit less the amount needed to restore to the original condition. Pet free and smoke free home.
