It also feature a basement with laundry hookups and extra space to store things or to be an extra room to use as you see fit. And the neighborhood is in walking distance to Washburn University. Tenants cover all utilities and yard maintenance. Application fee is $50 total when applying. We require no evictions or felonies, not on the offenders registry, and proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rent (2100). Deposit is 700, and if you have a pet we require a pet deposit of 350 (we allow up to 3 pets). All appliances are included except for washer and dryer but it does have the hookups for it.
