Renter pays electricity, water, and gas bills. ANY PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER! All occupants of the home must be approved by the owner. Anyone staying longer than one week is considered an occupant. No more than 10 guest on the property at any time. No party's without landlords signed consent. No smoking allowed. Owner is not responsible for damages, injuries, accidents, or anything else beyond owners control. Renter is required to carry a renters insurance policy. Renter is responsible for any damages or theft of property. Min qualifications on income and credit are required. First and last month rent plus security deposit required prior to move in. Will accept payment plan for deposit.
