Credit score must be no less than 650. You must provide the telephone number for each landlord for each address you resided in for the last five (5) years. Eviction history will be checked. Criminal history background will be checked. Any adverse information may be the basis for rejection of an application at owner's sole discretion. All the above information must be provided for anyone over the age of 18 that will reside in the residence. The lease term is one year with the first and last month's rent due upon execution of the lease. The damage deposit is $1,695 and must be paid in full before move in. Some pets are allowed with restrictions. All approved pets must be spayed and neutered. (documented proof must be provided). A pet deposit may be required. Pets cannot be tied or chained up on the property. The tenant/lessee is responsible for all lawn care, water, electric, telephone, TV, internet and garbage pickup.
