FULLY FURNISHED! Newly remodeled 4 bed 2 bath house blocks away from the gulf. Each bedroom includes 2 King beds, 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed, and a Daybed with trundle. Each room has a Smart TV, but you have to log into your own accounts to use the streaming services as there is no cable. However, there are free streaming channels on each TV and free wifi. A full size washer and dryer is included inside of the home and free to use. We provide basic amenities for you to enjoy, such as towels, fully stocked kitchen essentials, iron, board games, hair dryer, just to name a few. There is a game room with a pool table to enjoy with family! Host/Owner is not liable for any injuries while on the property. Please keep a close eye on young kids as the home is not child proof. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking is allowed inside the home. Small dogs (under 20 lb.) may be considered on case by case basis.
