Remodeled in 2020-2021 and located on a quiet private access lake, feel like you are a world away way up north. Centrally located 20 minute drive to Traverse City, sleeping bear dunes, Lake Michigan beaches and ski slopes. This is a furnished seasonal short term rental that is being offered for a 6 month lease. Snow plowing, trash and first tank of propane paid for by landlord. Tenant is responsible for electric and additional propane. Most kitchen appliances included (microwave, kurig coffee maker, toaster, full size fridge), and toaster oven. There is NO stove/oven/range. Other appliances include Washer/dryer and grill. Landlord currently pays for trash and will provide first tank of propane. Landlord is arranging for snow plowing as well. Due to the nature of the driveway AWD or 4x4 is recommended, without, it maybe necessary to park at the beginning of the property and walk approximately 500' and 80' of elevation change to access home in inclement weather. Small and medium size dogs ok, additional $250 refundable security deposit required.
