It also has three bathrooms, an outdoor shower with hot water, and an outdoor sink. When you enter the home, you are greeted with an elevator to help you get settled quickly! On the second level, you'll find the kitchen, dining, and living areas, a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a king bed. On the third floor are the remaining bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. The master suite has a king bed, small sofa, and en suite bathroom, and the queen bedroom and bunk room share a hall bathroom. Both king bedrooms, the queen bedroom, and the living room have TVs with Amazon Fire Sticks or Amazon Smart TVs. You'll be in close proximity to the local shops and restaurants in both North Topsail Beach and Surf City, so be sure to explore the town and all it has to offer. There are several nearby restaurants and bars that are worth the visit! If you'd rather cook, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need plus all new dishes, flatware, pots, pans, glassware, etc. The beach is only about 400' away! Lucky for you, there is no public parking at the 12th Ave beach access, so you'll have a lot of space to play and relax. If fishing is your thing, bring your poles and cast out a line from shore or one of the close by piers. Haul the catch of the day back and clean it in the outdoor sink and get ready to feast! Spend the entire day at the beach, rinse off your sun-kissed skin in the warm outdoor shower, and rest up for another day in paradise. All utilities included. No smoking. No pets.
