The upper level includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another small room with daybed and foosball table, though the central heat and cooling doesn't adequately reach this level so temperatures will run cold in winter and hot in summer. Main level bedrooms are furnished with a King bed, Queen bed, 2 twin beds. Backyard is fully fenced and includes firepit, charcoal grill, and outdoor dining table. Washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement. Owner pays for gas, electric, water, and internet service. If usage exceeds reasonable amounts, renter will be responsible for overage. No pets, no smoking.
