A fully stocked kitchen, and fully furnished home. We are looking to rent out short term, mid term, or long term. This home is close to all major shopping, and is in a community with a pool, playground, and pavilion! The house also has electric hot water heater, washer, dryer, oven, stove, Fridge, and smart home technology with security system installed as well! Rental figure includes landscaping, internet, and irrigation. Tenant, will be responsible to reimburse landlord for Water, sewage, & electric usage. Pets are welcomed only when disclosed on to landlord, certain limitations maybe applied. Pet fee of $125 and end of lease $200 cleaning fee. Tenant is responsible to obtain renters insurance, and provide proof of insurance. Other limits may apply. Lease can be daily, weekly, monthly, or 6 month/1 year lease. Currently, until 2/24/2023 only short term rental rates are available. Anytime after 2/24/2024 mid term/long term rentals may be negotiable.
