Electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, high speed fiber internet included in rent! No cable tv, but smart tv's can be set up with your Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Etc. Snow removal/shoveling is tenants responsibility. Not availalbe until mid October. First month and security deposit due at signing. $250 per day fee charged for occupancy past April 30, 2024.
