I have a three bedroom house walking distance to downtown Westbrook. The the bedrooms are large enough for queen size beds with a forth room that can be a dining area or office. There is a full basement with newer washer and dryer, the heat is hot water baseboard, that has two zones, one on each floor. There is lots of light, a large yard with storage shed and parking for two cars. The house has been my residence for the last year. The rent is 2250.00 per month, we require a security in the same amount. We take a single dog with references and we require at least 3x the rent in income. The house will be available December 1st. Showings are by appointment only and we do require a filled out application before showing it. The tenant is responsible for all utilities which include oil and electric. We pay sewer and water.
