Two-bedroom beach cottage located at Pine Point Beach in Scarborough. Relax in the peaceful backyard or porch with beautiful views overlooking the salt-water marsh. Located one block from public beach access. The cottage includes: heat, water, electricity, washer and dryer, basic kitchen, 1 bathroom, and back/front porch. Monthly rent includes: heat, electricity, snow removal, and lawn care. Cottage is furnished. Sleeping arrangements: 1 bedroom: Queen size bed 2nd bedroom: 2 Twin beds Looking for a winter tenant to move in November 1st until May 15th or 31st. Contact if interested in viewing. -At time of lease signing payment which includes first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit. Monthly rent includes: Rent, heat, water, electric, snow removal, and lawn care - Does not include: cable, internet and shoveling. Will need to shovel around specific vent, which we review in person. We are available 24/7 to be reached for any issues and will take care of anything properly and as fast as possible. Ideal space for 2 people.
