Main entry doorway off side-deck, laundry room (washer/dryer), half bath and Sunroom/porch sitting area are also on this floor. Kitchen has electric stove, new fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave, double sink with touch sensor faucet and walk-in pantry.
